Ignite YOUR Fitness started in Christchurch by Rosie and Jody as Ignite PT. We set up our small personal training studio in a double garage after leaving the Les Mills gym. We wanted to keep helping people improve themselves and being in our own space meant that we could do that in our own way. We set up a few different team training programs, one of them being collision, our boxing-based fitness training program, which we still run today.
